What is included in the set-up fee?
- Online Shop with design features, PG intergration, Ninjavan intergration, unlimited storage space, unlimited traffic, automatic order processing function, delivery tracking function, sales/statistics function, domain and SSL (free for the first year), iOS/and APP production cost, etc. Everything you need to build is included.
How do I transfer a site already created by another party?
- Some data (products, orders, reviews, CS) from previous sites can be uploaded in bulk when setting up FLEXG Wide. However, it is difficult to import the design of a previous site or move SSL certification. For further inquiries, please contact flexg_wide@itweed.net.
Can I import data from open markets such as Shopee and Lazada to FLEXG Wide?
